-Compensation -Most people are very nice -Less multitasking than in other smaller banks -Bonus structure -Diversity and Inclusion hiring strategies are legitimate -Lots of paid time off -Leaders actually listen to you if you present valuable ideas -People will invest in your growth if you show the talent -Most hiring managers I work with are wonderful people -Most of my hires are internal candidates -I have never had any issues with taking time off to deal with personal matters -My work is hard, but incredibly fulfilling
Cons
-Lots of attrition, everyone around me is new -You have access to many great tools, but learning them may be all on you -Refusing to allow full remote which impacts both candidates and employees -Comp structure incentivizes people to leave in search of more money, to then return and get paid more. -
