Pros

The name is the only good thing there. Oh and they are so slow you end up having a “work life balance”

Cons

1) Managers will penalize you with a bad review l, no examples, and they do this to reduce your 6 digit bonus to 0 when you take standard parental leave and will say that it was the “leadership above” who made that decision. 2) MDs consistently underpaid people. 3) MDs will verbally abuse their power and bull their way, even when they are wrong. 4) Their power is large so they hire 3rd parties for everything and hence any issues you have 3rd parties will side with their customer. Aka the firm. 5) They move roles to cities where they can become a top employer because of the name. 6) They treat you like a child and count your work in office days and hours. It’s a prison cell. 7) They have modern open rooms with snacks but you have to pay for them so it’s all a show for the picture. And the prices are super expensive $3.50 for yogurt

Pros

They treat people well overall. It's all about connecting to others to get anything done, so if you're great with networking and maintaining connections it's a good place to work. Honestly the kindest layoff I've ever experienced, including genuine internal support to find another job. Still doing meaningful DOI work, including some of the best friendly benefits out there.

Cons

If you don't have a highly specialized cyber security skill set or work at a main campus in Texas, Ohio, Delaware, New York or New Jersey don't expect to ever move up the ladder. Staying focused on goals OR successfully communicating strategy pivots seems to be beyond most MDs in Global Technology. They seem to be having a re-org problem at the moment. I had 5 managers in the last 365 days I was there, hardly time to get any work done and then challenged at the end to show impact or delivery, all you can do is shrug and say 'tell me how, when you moved me every 2 months?"
