Pros

At the time of offering this review, I have been here 7 weeks and thoroughly enjoying the people, environment, and the contributions I am able to make. HR and the on-boarding program is outstanding, very streamlined with very little down time. Within 3 hours of the first day, you will have a laptop, all necessary software tools loaded, a clean office/cube, an on-boarding plan of action, and objectives broken out by weeks. The people here are very intelligent with no room for slacking. Very engaging management and leadership style with open communication and support when and where needed.

Cons

No negatives in the work place to report. But if there is one perk that would be nice to have .... a workout/gym center. To SciQuest's credit, they do offer an allotment/reimbursement cost for a gym membership if desired.

Thank you for your comments! Our onboarding program has evolved over the last few years based primarily on feedback received from employees who have gone through the program. We believe strongly in an open door policy across the whole organization so I’m glad to hear you’ve already experienced the open communication we promote. We are excited to have you on the team!

Pros

The people - that is, the actual people doing all the work. I met some of my favorite people ever working here, and it's the only reason I don't entirely regret the experience.

Cons

Some of the worst leadership hires I've seen. And when things didn't work out? They fired them and somehow found even more incompetent replacements, all while pushing out the brilliant people who actually kept JAGGAER afloat. If Vista Equity Partners wants ROI, they should probably start with the outdated tech (don't get me started on "JAI" lol). Or maybe an actual GTM strategy? But no, surely a few more bad exec hires, layoffs, and outsourcing rounds will help you on the next Gartner Magic Quadrant. Fingers crossed!
