Pros

So many great things happening within Jaggaer right now and I am excited to be apart of it! Change is constantly happening and where some people may not be able to adapt well to it, I think all the change occurring within the company is nothing but good. These changes teach us to be resilient and adaptable- both invaluable traits to learn in the workplace. There is always something new and exciting to work on - no two days are the same! Creating a great company culture is something that is really important to Jaggaer and it shows! They offer fitness reimbursements, pool table and ping pong table in the break room, monthly company luncheons, health fairs, employee appreciation breakfasts, yoga classes, and I know there is even more in the works for next year!

Cons

The pace at which things change can seem rattling for some, however change is inevitable and constant when a business is seeking growth and success. I have enjoyed learning from the change as well as adapting through it with my team.

Pros

The people - that is, the actual people doing all the work. I met some of my favorite people ever working here, and it's the only reason I don't entirely regret the experience.

Cons

Some of the worst leadership hires I've seen. And when things didn't work out? They fired them and somehow found even more incompetent replacements, all while pushing out the brilliant people who actually kept JAGGAER afloat. If Vista Equity Partners wants ROI, they should probably start with the outdated tech (don't get me started on "JAI" lol). Or maybe an actual GTM strategy? But no, surely a few more bad exec hires, layoffs, and outsourcing rounds will help you on the next Gartner Magic Quadrant. Fingers crossed!
