      Frustrating and Inefficient - Technical Support Analyst Jaggaer Employee Review

      They provide Free Soda/Coffee and Wifi

      Cons

      Inefficient Managerial team. Human Resource lead that considers any and all negative feedback, even politely delivered constructive feedback during a group discussion in an environment guaranteed only minutes before to be "safe and confidential", "unprofessional and inappropriate". Few internal organization solutions are being provided within this organization, just layer upon layer of patches and cover up. Low percentage of employees continue on with this company for more than 3 years. Most that have several years listed with them came from an acquired company.

      Pros

      The people - that is, the actual people doing all the work. I met some of my favorite people ever working here, and it's the only reason I don't entirely regret the experience.

      Cons

      Some of the worst leadership hires I've seen. And when things didn't work out? They fired them and somehow found even more incompetent replacements, all while pushing out the brilliant people who actually kept JAGGAER afloat. If Vista Equity Partners wants ROI, they should probably start with the outdated tech (don't get me started on "JAI" lol). Or maybe an actual GTM strategy? But no, surely a few more bad exec hires, layoffs, and outsourcing rounds will help you on the next Gartner Magic Quadrant. Fingers crossed!
