Pros
This is one of my favorite companies throughout my 15 years of experience. I appreciate the empowerment that's given to myself and the rest of the team. The management is always thriving to find ways to enhance the employee experience. There's still a lot of room for development but we're on the right track!
Cons
Managers need to be coached on how to handle remote employees as this is a new approach and getting it right will definitely help a lot with increasing employee engagement.
