- From my first day at the company numerous team members and management were leaving. Not a good sign.
- The company terminates people without any empathy or compassion, but tells everyone you decided to leave.
- Management is a joke: No idea what is going on, know very little about the products and just pile on endless work.
- You're expected to know everything and not given a true chance to grow. Senior staff look down on team members of less experience.
- Whatever you do is never good enough receiving little praise for your efforts.
- Quarterly bonuses are a complete joke. Clearly the sales team aren't doing enough to bring in major clients. The bonus payout is never anywhere near to what you can potentially earn.
-You can tell a lot of the tenured team are a moody bunch and will just stab you in the back, especially project managers who have no clue about the real work involved and set ridiculous expectations.
DO NOT WORK HERE! It was very telling when people suddenly left the company or parted ways after a mere few months. The company doesn't care about you and is waiting to dispose of people who don't fit their so-called standards.
