Business Outlook
Pros
Good benefits, paid gym membership, quarterly "beer" meetings, some departments get it and seem to work well together. Good work-life balance
Cons
Upper management seems to be clueless. They keep firing the hardworking managers and replacing them with less technical and less knowledgable managers. People keep leaving and management still doesn't listen. There is one bad seed in the HR department and if you aren't on her side then she won't take a complaint you make seriously. CEO is unpleasant. Budgets don't include training and knowledgable people are fired/pushed out of the door but when something goes wrong he snaps at the person that's at least trying to learn and step up.
