Pros
Some of the people you work with actually have some great ideas and want to help you win as a team. Some new marketing (way long overdue) has caused a buzz about us that is helping.
Cons
Unfortunately, the negatives many folks write here are true. It's no wonder why "disgruntled" employees write bad reviews - the way employees are treated here is a shame. Unless you are in the inner circle, you are disposable. And they are not just letting go of people who don't work hard or who don't produce. Many sales reps are let go even when they are at or above quota for reasons that can only be explained as 1: not wanting to pay big commissions and 2: building a team of hand-picked cronies. It's visible throughout. And sad, as only a few reps are going to club trip. This has been going on for years. A revolving door analogy is over used...but dead on. Many reps are interviewing and management is making up positions to try and retain and stop the dam from bursting. The product: although touted as a single platform, is actually cobbled together from the many acquisitions and have issues below the sexy demo. The new reviews here: many of the new reviews here paint the picture of a biblical turnaround in a paradise overflowing with opportunity...NOT. Folks are again told to post good reviews and post on social media. Look at the trends and at the people posting.
