      Pros

      Following a religious instinct towards a business solution depicts your religiousness, even though you tried to balance it by hiring some Indian, one time winner in youth, but unable to continue, along with some less thoughtful American and awarding him the crown. So it is good for such individuals who are religious and expecting a crown by such.

      Cons

      It is more of creating slums in modern economy, that too in United States, in summery. Just fire all the middle management and you will be fine in terms revenue.

      Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

      Cons

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
