Pros

Flat hierarchy; so no ‘Sir’ or forced seniority. The seniors are open to the feedback and keeps their doors open to any kind on ideas, unlike my last job Very Professional culture and continuous learning. Do not go by negative reviews, as they are from a couple of non-performers and frustrated individuals. Advice to those employees – Please speak to the seniors if you really want to make change, maligning the company’s name will not help Nice work culture with ‘lot of food‘ and quick catch up events at regular intervals Continuous skill development for researchers and the skillset of the employees is good that can be seen as company’s competitors are poaching employees like anything, at times they have reduced interview rounds specifically for ATK employees

Cons

Good to have more travel for long term At times you need to work on multiple projects at the same time due to lack of resources. Usually long working days. Have to stretch many a times

Pros

If you’re fresh out of school and don’t have a specific skill and don’t know what to do, and you’re willing to be a yes man then yes it might be a good place to figure out your next step.

Cons

- Lack of pipeline for certain practices (and they will blame that on you saying your utilization is low but there’s nothing you can do at an associate level) - Full of people that feel good about themselves but they actually knows nothing about how actual industry work - No talent - Management will give you vague feedback that you can’t act on, For example, I got asked to “elevate the deck” but when I asked is it the messaging or is it the format etc they can’t give me anything specific - The expectation on work quality is inconsistent - Some manager level people can’t do excel which is shocking - You need to be a people pleaser in order to get promoted
