for this entry level job, almost every two years, the coordinators will be gone, either got laid off or go to other company. Very rare, some people can stay. It is very hard to grow in this company, at least in Alberta branch. Two years for this role is a key point, most likely you will be laid off or you will find other jobs. Also, in some working environment, some people are not friendly.
