Complete chaos and mismanagement of resources and people. Core teams that should work together don't, leading to multiple blockers and lack of delivery progression. Due to everyone being remote, on a teams call, most people don't turn cameras on - feels like you're talking to a black hole most days. Little real connection with people in the company. No company culture. No sense of being heard or seen, No diversity - white older men are everywhere.
