Pros

Great benefits great company as a whole

Cons

This plant lost its way when it allowed family to hire family members. Absolutely no rules and safety. Lieing has become this plants best asset lies about products being in spec lies about the plant running correctly and in a safe fashion. Bypassing safety features designed for dangerous chemicals we deal with everyday. Lies lies lies. They only care about collecting Kemira’s money and hiding the blatant screws up they create. This plant is one mistake away from hurting someone or a lot of people around them.

Pros

The processes are some of the best and well aligned that I have ever seen in any other company that I've been at. The business is straight forward, uncomplicated and easy to understand how it works. Even when issues arise, they are relatively easy to solve. SAP is a big part of what makes the processes here so straightforward.

Cons

The managers (specifically in supply chain) absolutely ruin the experience of working here. I'm not sure that real leaders (directors, VPs, etc) know how their smaller managers act towards everyone else. It's hard to believe the people in these manager roles were actually hand selected to manage other people when they probably can't even manage their own households. They only thing they're really good at doing is intimidating their subordinates, taking behind their back, and making them feel alienated.
