Pros

Some benefits like the bus from Vienna to Wiener Neudorf as well as the cantine, where you can a lunch for less than 2 euros

Cons

LKW Walter is violating the Austrian labour law with max 10 working hours a day. I was working for at least 50 hours a week and sometimes even more. LKW Walter ask you to visit the carriers. They have been booking the flights for evening commencing 6PM. This was meaning a day shift of over 12-14hours. Business trips the same – you got to visits at least 5 carriers a day. No one cares how to manage this considering you finish the day in the hotel. I guess 2 years ago the management was trying to convince the people to start working at 7 for the same labour (time shift, higher productivity, more calls, more shipments, more money).

Pros

The trainee program was good. A few weeks of presentation combined with a few departments that are being visited. The salary is competitive. Good company to have on the CV.

Cons

I think that my experience was subjective and it is very easy to have such an experience at this company, because your work-life balance depends on the higher management that you are under. The promised home office days depend on the higher manager and a lot of other rules depend on them, because he/she has the power to shorten or cut how they want. You either agree with the new rules or you leave. It is a rigid top-down management style as far as I have noticed. If you like a good beginners-salary without any say or opinion in the administration then go for it.
