Pros
Good for entry level job, right after graduation to gain some experience. If you would like Russian speaking environment and feel like you are in your native country - go for it. Could be interesting to learn about the oil trade specifics.
Cons
No development opportunities, especially for more senior team members, it is not a multinational place, sometimes team members, even managers, lack professionalism. Company is not investing in their employees, it may feel as company does not care of you stay or leave. The location, office setup is a bit outdated, could use some renovation.
