Take Lam's Mission, Vision, and Core values to heart - because that is what is best for yourself and the company, and in the end the customer - although they are considered 'first' in everything Lam does, and should always be at the top of our conscious thoughts. Be patient. Reserve judgment. Be accountable, and responsible. Be honest. Learn everything, and keep learning daily. Teach others what you would have them teach you. Help others where you would ask for the same help when needed. Overall - fantastic people to work for and with. Don't expect perfection, but strive to achieve it.
Cons
As in any company, some have expectations that they are entitled to be where they are, when all should be thankful and full of gratitude that they have what they have - because many others have much less and continuously struggle to survive.
