Excellent environment and challenging work - Product Engineer II Lam Research Employee Review

I started work one month before Covid19 closures, during which I had a gentle onboarding and assimilation process. While I built up my workflow, we transitioned to a work from home setting. Even through difficult transitions, frequent communication with my managers and engineering team members created a healthy environment that is very respectful of our personal challenges. Despite working remotely, just sitting in front of my computer, I feel connected to my peers and supported by my team. I'm glad Lam makes efforts to take care of us and the global causes that we support; I can take pride in saying that I work at Lam.
