      Very competitive pay and benefits Solid financials and continues to improve Growing Company with very good outlook

      Cons

      The HR group is not a good place to work; disfunctional HR leadership team that does not manage to communicate well nor involve the rest of the team. Needs HR leadership change. Really bad work-life balance. lots of stress and pressure. Long work hours.

      Technically poor and unprofessional management, Slow Promotion. New PhD graduates stay in same basic level 3 for 4 years. Poor work life balance.
