Initially there was a great team and leadership in the project office, many interesting projects and a very strong IT team. Flexible working hours, complete remote work for whom it like's, good office and insurance program.
Cons
The staffing decisions of the new CTO and HR department raise many questions - the chief architect refuses to participate in the discussion of architecture and actively sabotages the vaccination program in work chats, there are conflicts of interest in the workplace, a new project office structure that no one understands, and the feeling that you you work with children who for some reason run the departments and the company. They try to keep the inflexibility in matters of increasing the grade and remuneration only for the developers, for the rest of the positions the HR department does nothing, or formally approaches the issue. Internal transfer to other departments and functions is possible, but more difficult than for an external candidate
