Cons
Extremely fast-paced environment. Too much re-organization and layoffs. Responsibilities fall through the cracks when people leave. There is no plan for back-fills -- former employees' duties fall onto other employees who already have too much work to do (which causes those employees to start to look elsewhere for jobs). Bonus is not purely on performance, but on business performance. Work/life balance is difficult at times. Too many required Powerpoint presentations for meetings on the same data for upper management. Super difficult to grow for younger employees. Budgets are constantly being cut, so expenses must always be decreasing (even it's for services that are necessary). Lack of communication between departments. A lot of turnovers for certain positions.
