      good working enviorament.good people to work with, opportunity to learn, good salary and benefits, not very long working hours

      Cons

      If you don't have experience in sales, it's pretty difficult to move up. Not a lot of youth in the company. Not the best pay.

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
