      diversified group of people who work as a team, loyal and dedicated employees, strong ethical code of conduct for the entire company, work.life balance , encouraging growth and education, future internal opptys, rewards employees

      some previous IBMers who do not adapt to the Lenovo way and pull us back by not thinking forward, employee review process needs to be revamped completely.
