Pros
Lots of great, talented people. Growing company. Big focus on marketing and that makes it a great place to be in marketing.
Cons
Not the highest salaries around bc they know people want to work there. They can attract top talent in the area and pay moderately high salaries. This also means moving up is difficult, as most open positions seem to be filled externally, instead of promoting from within.
