      - Growing company, will be the number one in PC market for sure - Young leadership structure, offers good professional development - Offers significant freedom to personal approach in your role, no micromanagement

      Cons

      - salaries are not quite on par with market - there's been focus on MBA kids with no experience, not sure if that's a smart call

      A person's experience greatly impacted by the leadership his/her team is under. Generally, there's a solid culture in spite of high demands. The wrong leadership chain create toxicity that even great pay and bonuses can't overcome
