A few years ago, I would've said this was the best place to work. Now, there is too much uncertainty and too much change (without a clear change management process in place). 2 rounds of layoffs this year with rumors of more at the beginning of the year. People are jumping ship. There is only a retention plan for Executives,,,nothing for managers or individual contributors. No career advancement - they would rather hire externally to quickly fill a gap.
