      Pros

      Beautiful facility, excellent onsite amenities and employee benifits. Office culture was fairly pleasant. There are many here who truly care about the work they do.

      Cons

      Most final decisions were made by corporate. Headquarters are in China. Too many X-IBM employees bringing all of their past culture with them and just riding the train until they retire. Really poor management. Engineering was very non-transparent. There were many warring tribes.

      Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
