      Enjoyed the people, generous vacation plan, 401k, ect.

      Cons

      Poor management, not at lot of room for growth, very much like high school, if you are 'in the group' you go places, if you aren't invited to join, your career is stagnate.

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
