Ability to get lots of experience in a short period of time, teams are small so you can make a big impact. Can be a good place to start your career and learn a lot.
Cons
Extremely reactive, especially for a tech company. Low salaries, not a lot of structure. Have to do the next job before they give you a promotion. Not supporting employees and putting in any effort to retain talent is an increasing problem.
