      Although Lenovo is a large company, we often have smaller teams. This means having more opportunity to make an impact. I would recommend that you meet with your Manger or HR to discuss ways you can grow and develop at Lenovo. We believe it is important for employees to express their career interests.       Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
