Pros

Lenovo has no Pros- just cons

Cons

The company puts people on a 30 day Performance Enhancement Program as an excuse to fire them. Most managers have very adversarial outlook and provide no guidance but expect results. Horrible experience as I resigned after my manager told me that he will put me on PEP. Worst experience!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Performance Improvement Plans are in place to help employees correct performance in areas that are not doing well. Our plans are designed to be detailed/specific on goals and targets and measurable so that employees and managers can be held accountable for performance improvement. Ideally after being put on a PIP, employees performance will improve and be back on track for success. Pros

Inters are treated like a part of the team, they get to chime into decisions on major product development.

Cons

None there is really none, Great experience!

Good pay and actually try to hire on from contractors and hire within.

Can be rough hours and management makes questionable decisions
