4yThank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Performance Improvement Plans are in place to help employees correct performance in areas that are not doing well. Our plans are designed to be detailed/specific on goals and targets and measurable so that employees and managers can be held accountable for performance improvement. Ideally after being put on a PIP, employees performance will improve and be back on track for success. We apologize for the experience you had while at Lenovo, however we wish you the best and appreciate you sharing you feedback with us so we can be better.
