Cons
- Horrible Leadership. The president Kevin Hooper was awful as a sales leader. He has never actually been in a sales position in his life. It was apparent when he mentioned on an all hands call that relationships in sales don't matter its the details in the close plan that matter. What? Exactly. This guy ruined what was a great sales organization and removed people who were poised to crush their numbers for the year to lower OpEx and look good on paper. It worked for a year and then it fell apart as the pipeline dried up and his close plans became useless. Outside of him some of the leaders put their heads down and were afraid to stand up. - Matt and Kirk were super approachable and amazing leaders. They were the type of leaders you want in every role. - Commission Caps - Toxic workplace - No respect for boundaries. Managers would call you on weekends and on vacation because they would be getting drilled on a deal but couldn't read SFDC notes.
