Pros

I have good benefit included medical benefit. I also have flexible working hour.

Cons

Unfortunately, the flexible hour mean you have to take night call ( my manager will micro monitor your attendance). It is not 2 ways communication company. If you have a good manager, he/she will assist you with training. Too bad I have bad experience for the 8 years here. And I feel I am a ball that being kick here and there. End up asking you to leave.

Not sure where you are located. It sounds like you should probably talk to someone, perhaps your HR contact. You bring up good points about Global roles having night calls. It is part of the role. No one should ever feel like a ball being kicked around. It certainly is not the norm here. Please reach out to someone to talk about your particular situation.

Pros

Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

Interesting work, good benefits, talented colleagues

Cons

Terrible manager behavior, terrible work-life balance, with no recourse or support for employees. I joined and quickly found that the ED I reported to had no experience in the area he oversaw, would not listen to anyone who had experience, was mean to his team members, and set wildly unrealistic expectations without any clear direction or consistency. Bullying, meanness and pointless criticism were the norm, while leadership was completely lacking. And if you work on the Digital Transformation team, expect to spend from 8PM-11PM at night and early morning on calls, with little regard for sleep or work-life balance. The worst part was finding out that the HR team was already well aware of all these problems with my ED (the two other managers under him quit), and the leadership team had no intention of making any changes. So disappointing.
