      Pros

      Co workers are friendly Ample parking

      Cons

      Spent 4 years as a contractor Terrible work/life balance (worked Christmas Day and New Years 2 years in a row without receiving extra pay) Management is secretive and many lay offs without any explanation. You just show up one day and desks are empty. VERY low morale.

      We can't comment about your time or pay as a contractor however, we are not happy that you weren't happy. We are concerned that you did not have confidence in your manager, in terms of communication and interest in your career. I can assure you, that is not the norm. If you were still with us, I'd recommend talking to HR about it. We thank you for your time and wish you the very best! We are sorry that you had a bad experience.

      Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
