crazy hours, budget cuts, 1 person doing the job of 4 and its still never enough, lack of praise/reward to employees, work/life balance is talked about but not supported

Work life balance sounds like your main concern. I would recommend talking to your boss about this.
Work never turns off here, particularly if you are in a global role. You must "unplug" to get recharged. If you don't, you will get burned out. You will have to manage this yourself with your manager.
Lenovo will likely never say....stop working so hard...you must own your work life balance.
Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
