Pros

Versatility in product, perpetual market as technology always changes and becomes outdated requiring consumers always to buy something new every few years.

Cons

Poor communication between management and actual workers. Employees are commodities. Many managers have been with the company for 20 plus years with little exposure to the outside world of the company. Inability to accept new ideas, and stubborn in defending their old and outdated operating model.

Pros

Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
