      It seems that the pay is below market value for the role in which one is employed. The expectation for the employee reaches far greater that role for which he/she was hired.

      A person's experience greatly impacted by the leadership his/her team is under. Generally, there's a solid culture in spite of high demands. The wrong leadership chain create toxicity that even great pay and bonuses can't overcome
