Pros
Co-workers are nice and generally great to work with. Being a global company, there might be many conference calls at night or early morning, but management is generally very understanding and allows for more flexible hours to promote a good work-life balance.
Cons
There was always an uncertainty about job security due to the constant re-orgs and possible paths of career progression were very limited.
