      Good corporate discount for personal use

      Cons

      Company is Chinese. North American management will deny this and say its an "international company" with multiple HQs. Try telling a US company with security concerns that when the world HQ is in Beijing. .Quotas are set every quarter and aren't known until well within the quarter is unsettling for a sales person.
