      Pros

      The leadership team was genuinely invested in employee growth, and I also appreciated the open-door culture. While every company has areas to improve, my time there was largely positive.

      Cons

      Prior to covid I worked 100% remote. After covid a hybrid work schedule was implemented; 3 days in office and 2 days work from home.

      Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
