      Internal politics micromanagers Startup culture Because of few bad people the culture is remaining bad Old employee thinks they are God and are not helpful to new comers(if anyone will spend certain years in the same domain definitely, they will grab that knowledge, there is nothing big you have done sitting there, so be humble) Very poor hike
