Pros

good office location and no more

Cons

Senior leadership and management culture can be very toxic. There is a strong sense that some leaders are actively looking for reasons to push people out rather than support them. Employees often feel they are being unfairly criticised or blamed for issues beyond their control, and concerns are sometimes dismissed or reframed in a way that shifts responsibility onto the individual. The company culture is often talked about but not genuinely practiced. While there is a surface-level message of support and understanding, in reality there is a lack of respect and empathy towards employees. Micro-management is common, and there is little trust given to staff. In situations where employees face personal or health challenges, management may appear understanding initially, but behind the scenes there can be negative discussions and a lack of genuine support. This creates an uncomfortable and insecure working environment where people feel pressured and undervalued.
