God what to say first. I have been here a while and to say its gone downhill is an understatement. Promotions are based on who you know, or more importantly if they help to hit a diversity target. The amount of underqualified promotions is shocking for a serious company. Model Validation is clearly one of the worst areas for this. We have a whole team for strategy who nobody knows what they do. Constant cutting staff and then projects understaffed. London huge hiring spree, and then 25% of London must go. All in 3 years. An not we have a massive bureaucratic performance evaluation structure which is designed to pick out the bottom 5% (whether they are doing their job or not) and put them on a performance plan. And they call it "Your Best" when its clearly designed to find the worst. Couldn't make it up
