toxic management and environment - Senior Client Support Lloyds Banking Group Employee Review

Awful management, toxic environment, very micromanaged and you are not allowed to even talk, senior managers treat their staff like robots, definitely not good for mental health, even gave us a seating plan like how is that right??? One senior manager in (OPS) is vile. I wish I stayed for a like a year then found a job elsewhere that would be my advice especially now they are making many departments go via tupe they do not care about their employers
