Nothing is a problem honestly

Cons

They bully you to force digital banking on old people that can barely use a phone or the Internet, no matter how well you do, or the great customer service you provide, they will never ever appreciate you at all, you are replacble to them at all times, you are basically a sales man for their free banking app, because unless you get 100% on your surveys about digital and how much you forced it on them during the call and how much you talked about it and ignored the customers needs when they needed help, the managers slap off customers all the time behind their back, they say dispising horrible things about them, I wouldn't be surprised if this review is taken down because they don't want the truth to be exposed
