Within Markets they have introduced a policy of every quarter, 10% get onto a PIP then half of those are let go - this is insane, by the end of the year, 40% of the team will have been on a PIP - way to motivate the team. Projects are ran by poor programme management who are not strategic but instead bully and threaten. Senior mgmt focus on micromanagement and don’t trust management. In Markets
