However, the company seems to be on a trajectory to piece by piece remove Employees benefits. They have announced that they will be removing Compressed flexible working arrangements from all Colleagues who currently have such arrangements and have done so in a completely tone deaf and dishonest manner (Saying it is a Pilot when in fact a phased rollout). They are doing this without any regard for the obvious negative impact on Employee morale, mental health, finances and productivity and are completely ignoring the massive outpouring of response from Colleagues to the announcement. They have also stated their intention to continue to advertise new roles externally offering flexible working such as Compressed hours despite this not actually being available to Employees any more.
