Pros
Very nice office with on site Nuffield gym and sports facilities e.g. football pitches, tennis courts. Nature trail and outside seating. Full time is 35 hour week.
Cons
Disappointed with recent anti remote working/one size fits all hybrid policy of 2 days or 40% of time in office. Also pilot of removing compressed hours underway which looks as though management pushing for standard 7 hour days, 5 days a week.
