Pros
Good pay, and benefits. Hours/shifts are fine couple of earliest and latest.
Cons
Working from home was the reason I took this job, I have two disabled children who don't need 24hr care or attension but working from home is a real benefit, but lloyds management love to threaten the staff daily working from home that they can and will be called in the office at anytime for no reason, I transfered a call in June 2023 and it was brought to my attention that I should not have given the customer the phone number and not transfered them, (80 year old) who has been past from pillor to post by lazy staff who can't be bothered to deals with them, so I was told I need to return to the office the very next day, they didn't even have the decency to ring and say just to let you know you made a small mistake so can you sort child care out and come in the office next week for your shifts and training, i was having calls transfered to me daily yet I transfer once and am told "Your back in tomorrow" lloyds where aware of my children disabilities when I took the job yet they have mad the situation worse.
