Cons
Currently focused on Banking made easy . This is basically getting customers to do things on their mobiles . Branches running on bare minimum staff city centre branch 4/5 members of staff . Expected to push customers to not use the counter but no staff in banking hall to help customers self serve etc . Staff expected to work longer hrs for no pay and no lieu time off . Management absolutely useless . No backbone to tell top management that their staff are under immense pressure. Lloyds wants go from being a traditional bank to a modern bank without thinking out the immediate implications to staff and customers . It’s not working !! Staff being bullied on a daily basis . It’s is not a great place ti work daily abuse from customers are pushing staff to the limit No wonder staff leaving at a rapid rate
